Sunset Ombre

Hello Followers :) This is my first attempt at ombre nails. I used the sponge method which was pretty messy but I love the results. I've never tried this before because I was against wasting nail polish but wastage very minimal. Ombre nails are really easy to do- it took about 10 minutes.

The footage on this design was less than desirable. I had polish on my edges that I was too impatient to remove. I shot at different angles to disguise the mess but also took this  opportunity to shoot a short video clip :)

Left: 'Scream' by Pure Ice
Middle: 'Hydrangerous' by Love
Right: 'Dreamy Poppy' by Wet n Wild

Start with 2 coats of 'White on White' by China Glaze

Cut a make-up sponge to fit the length and width of your nails.
Paint a strip of each color on the sponge.

Dab the sponge on your nail.

Thanks for looking :D
