Hi there! Continuing the solid fall polishes, this is 'Pacific Blue' by Sally Hansen. I picked this up at Wal-Mart for $2.50. This is the perfect vibrant blue with purple hues making it the best periwinkle color! The finish is so shiny that it could be considered a jelly finish. This polish is very pigmented; one coat gives a deep color but I like to add 2 coats to get the richest color. I hope you like what you see!
